Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice of the agreed booking date will be billed at the full agreed fee. This policy ensures that we can adequately compensate our team for their time and resources, which have been allocated specifically for your project.

2. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice of the agreed booking date may be liable to cover 50% of the agreed fee. This policy allows us to mitigate any potential loss of earnings incurred due to the cancellation and allocate resources towards finding a replacement project.

3. In some circumstances, such as high-demand periods or complicated projects, we may require payment in full, upfront. This requirement ensures our commitment to delivering quality work on schedule while also managing the risk associated with booking cancellations.

We value open communication and encourage clients to inform us as soon as possible if a cancellation is anticipated. Our goal is to maintain positive working relationships with our clients, and we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, it is important to remember that short-notice cancellations create significant challenges for our team and may result in lost opportunities to serve other clients.

We kindly request that you respect our cancellation policy and notify us promptly if you need to cancel a booking. By doing so, we can make necessary adjustments and explore alternative options, if possible.

Payment Policy

1. Retainer Agreements:

For clients on retainer agreements, payment is due on the 1st of every calendar month. This structure ensures a consistent and seamless flow of service provided by our team. We kindly request that all payments are made promptly. Invoices for retainer fees will be sent to clients at least five business days before the due date to allow adequate time for processing.

2. Adhoc Bookings:

For adhoc bookings or one-time projects, we require payment in full upon the booking being secured. This upfront payment allows us to allocate the necessary resources and commence work promptly. Once the payment has been received, we will begin working on your project, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept various payment methods to make the process as convenient as possible for our clients. These include but are not limited to bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and online payment platforms. We will provide detailed payment instructions and options on our invoices and correspondence.

Late Payments:

To maintain fairness, we kindly request that all payments be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. In the event of a late payment, we may apply an appropriate late fee or suspend services until the outstanding balance is cleared. We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we encourage clients to communicate any payment issues promptly. By doing so, we can work together towards finding a suitable solution.

Commercial Client Content Return

At Sintered Media Productions Ltd, we prioritise efficiency and timely delivery of high-quality work. To ensure smooth collaboration with our clients, we have implemented a turnaround time policy.

As part of our commitment to prompt service, we strive to deliver the initial edited work within 7 to 10 working days, giving ample time for thorough editing and quality checks

After receiving the edited content, clients should expect a further 7 working days for the completion of any amendments or re-edits which are requested. We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary to fully meet our client's expectations, and we are dedicated to accommodating those amendments promptly.

Following the delivery of the edited content, wedding clients may wish for their content to be amend, for this we require 2 weeks to complete the requested adjustments.
